Do you enjoy watching movies in French, or traveling to a Francophone country but feel intimidated by the language? Eh, bien! Allons-y! Join us once a week for engaging conversations in simple French, readings in both authentic and modified French of short stories and poems, French movie clips, and many other activities designed to improve your mastery of grammar and vocabulary while perfecting your intonation and speech patterns, those things that give you that ‘je ne sais quoi’ of the Parisian accent. Cultural material for our discussions in French will include French paintings and monuments, poems, and scenes from French music videos and films.
