Trusts and Wills workshop:  This session we'll focus on understanding the nuances of living trusts, life insurance trusts and wills.  We'll discuss the pros and pitfalls of each of these estate planning instruments and how to best structure your asset holdings to fit within and fulfill the plan you choose.  We'll focus on the importance of titling your assets, including how best to structure your assets to allow for access during life, avoid will contests, and discuss the importance of beneficiary designations for avoidance of unnecessary probate administration while providing for minor children and disabled beneficiaries.
