A fitness program specifically designed to take Latin and international dance rhythms from the original Zumba Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant and others who may like their dancing a little slower and less bouncy.  We put special emphasis on stretching and balance but still maintain the party atmosphere that has made Zumba such an exercise dance craze.  Using Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Tango, electro-swing and good old rock and roll, every class is designed to get you dancing, sweating, and smiling.  In addition, Zumba Gold presents a wonderful opportunity to get out, meet folk and have fun.  Come join the fun, get healthy, fit, meet folk and dance!
